"I only wave the white flag when Real Madrid wins" - Rio , La Casa de Papel

Long time, no blogging, and when you write a travel story long time after the trip took place, it all comes out differently. Because you don't remember every single detail, but you know the feelings you had when you encountered certain places.

This is a very special post, and it took a lot for me to write it because there are a million ways I could do it. I could write it the day we took the photos, after Real Madrid beat PSG on Bernabeu, or when I got at home I thought about giving every single detail of the Bernabeu tour for the fans. As I am writing this, Real Madrid qualified for the third time in a row in the UCL final! Therefore, I decided to tell you a little story about my unconditional love for Real Madrid so you can understand why I'm smiling like a little kid at Disneyland in all these photos.

People tell me all the time " Don't you get bored of rooting for Real Madrid? What's the fun in being a fan for a team which is just expected to win everything?" Let's get one thing straight. When I became a Real Madrid fan, it was all about that Camerun effect they talk about in "La Casa de Papel" (meaning, when you see Brazil playing against Camerun at World Cup, you're always going to root for Camerun, it's human nature to root for the underdog). Real Madrid had a strong team, but weren't getting anywhere in the UCL. They were barely getting into 1/8 stage and losing there. And still, I fell in love with the team not just because of that, but I also saw they had something which represents me to the core: a strive for perfection.  I'm aware perfection isn't achievable, but the drive for it makes you the best in your field. And every single player to be presented at Bernabeu had that in his eyes and a fighting spirit! No matter how many years went by, the spirit and the need to win everything is there. And I think that's the core of Real Madrid's team spirit, I love how when we're a couple of goals down they motivate themselves and come back stronger.

And one more thing I need to point out for the ones that tell me "it's so easy when you have the most talented players in the world". I don't know how far talent gets you. There are way more talented people who never earned even 1/100 of what Real Madrid players make. And why? Because I think this team has the most hard-working players. That's the right word. And I don't mean just the amount of time they spend on the field and in the gym afterwards, but the fact they dedicate every single aspect of their life to their career at this club. See how Cristiano Ronaldo eats in order to still run like that on the field. See how Marco Asensio describes his usual days at just 22 years old (my age). I saw an interview in Spanish a while ago and I'll give you the summary: practice, lunch, a nap, dinner, some time spent with family (sometimes watching football games) & he doesn't really like to go out in clubs etc. That's someone who deserves to lift the UCL at 21, so let's not just let the newspapers praise their talent. Committing to your job with such determination gets you the trophies!

And speaking of trophies, let's get back to my Bernabeu tour. I've never been so emotional like the minute I walked into their UCL trophy room. Because I remembered every single final I saw them take the trophy home. In the last two years, it was during finals season (just like it will be this year as well) and it didn't matter. I couldn't study, I just had to live in the moment and cheer them on, even in front of my TV and with stacks of books around me. And I knew, looking at all those trophies, we deserve to get in the final this year as well, and I'm so happy to blog about this now. Just when I thought the tour couldn't get better, after the trophy room we entered a room with a short movie projected on a black wall (the players are like twice your size, to get the picture). This movie made me shed some tears of joy because it was basically the whole route we had to take in 2017 for the UCL - all the goals and big shots. Even my best friend who wasn't a Real Madrid fan per se got major goosebumps and we stayed there to watch it 3 times. Haters will say it's just common marketing, but I know I need some good fairytales in my life, and that movie was the best. Real Madrid, with all the magic goals, comebacks, secret handshakes, tough-love from the fans, fantasy records, is in my heart forever! When I hear the word "CHAMPION" the team pops into my mind first and I know it will always be like that.

PS: The outfit photos are all taken at the Bernabeu because I took so many photos on the tour my phone died and we had to rely on my bff's phone for the rest of the day. I'm wearing a H&M kimono dress because the blue details match the stadium and also because, being one of the most popular teams in the world, the Real Madrid jersey is too high-priced for me! I keep waiting for a season that will make me fall in LOVE with the jersey, because I know for a fact I'm only gonna buy one haha.

I needed to do some soul-searching because if you're reading this and you know me (in my natural environment) I'm really stressed about a lot of things. In theory, I am aware of what I should do to control certain moods, but throw in Med School, with tons of tests and hours spent away from home and there goes your zen state! At least in my case, and I think for me this comes from the responsibility my future job entails. I don't have time to learn a course about a disease, let's say. I never hear about it again, since it's not in the domain I choose. What if years later a patient comes with that disease and I'm not able to see the signs? This is exaggerated example, but you get the point. It has been really hard for me to live a balanced life in college. Something's gotta give! I found the cutest pink notebook at Stradivarius two weeks ago (dear Secret Santa, if you're reading this, take note haha) and it had a motto on it "Don't stress, do your best!". It may seem plain and simple, but it was just the boost that I needed.

I started accepting that I can't control every aspect of my life and I'm currently using the quote from that notebook as a mantra. It's okay to go with your friends when you have a two-hour break every Tuesday to eat fast food and take walks in the park. We laugh about how in our first years we would run straight to the library and make every minute of the gap count! I wrote this because maybe some of you are struggling with anxiety or stress and I need you to know that IT'S OKAY. You can change this, you just have to love and put yourself first. Surround yourself with positive people and save some time for your soul.

For this special post, I wore a special outfit. This is the dress I bought when I started my first year in Med School. I took photos of my outfit back then, and it was my first blog post away from home. As I am comparing the photos, I can see how much I've changed. And I'm not just talking about the fact that now I know how to apply makeup haha. And let's all take a moment to appreciate my dear friend Codrina for capturing this precious moment!

If Kanye can make a comeback to the music scene (oh, how I missed his music, such a good vibe!) then so can I. Every single college year starts the same- I never have time to blog. It took some time to manage my schedule and work out how can I crowd some small photoshoots with my dear friend Codrina. I have plenty of fall trends I want to show you, but I didn't have time to sort them and edit them yet. It's tricky, but the thing is I love Medicine so much that when the school year starts, it's all I can think about. That being said, once I settle it, I always start missing fashion & blogging.

We took these photos in that marvellous time frame when it's pure autumn, I adored seeing colorful leaves everywhere! I wanted to show you three items I've been wearing this fall obsessively, because I honestly think they're some essential items we should all own:

1. Sweater with a funky message- I love Tally Weijl because they have the best text on their shirts! My cousin Ioana picked this, I got it a gift from London and I can't stop wearing it because it's my favorite color and for some reason the text reminds me of that saying "Kanye attitude with Drake feelings" .

2. Black boots- autumn staple that's for sure, I own plenty of pairs but this one is very special because I got them from my sweet cousin Monica. One day before I left my hometown for college, I tried these with her, in navy. I sighed " if only they were black...". Two weeks later, I received them as a gift from her, they're custom made and honestly I've never had such comfy boots before.

3. Cosy COS Coat - I feel like screaming with joy about this purchase, I've always loved the COS brand and I wanted a new fall coat this year, this navy number is so versatile and easy to wear! I think you should invest in a coat of this lenght and color, because it's perfect to wear with both jeans and skirts, casual to formal.

What did you add to your closet this fall? How are feeling about the fall trends this year?

♪ Tinie Tempah- Holy Moly ♪

Honestly, I've attended many music festivals, but when I think about the most memorable night for me, my mind instantly goes back to the third day of Untold 2017. It's because that day we had our fair share of surprises- from the food we tried to the artists we decided at the last minute to go check on smaller stages.

We got to the festival early in order to have lunch there and experience the activities. I had the best streetfood experience- a hotdog and homemade fries, topped with their homemade sauce, I was hooked. The maracuja lemonade from Meron served as the best dessert. I was also determined to be there early in order to see Tinie Tempah live (we managed to be in the second row). Living in Romania, Tinie Tempah would always be in the top 10 with his pop/rap/hip-hop hits when I was in highschool and honestly, thanks to him I discovered I was the most attracted to this type of beat- and that's how I started to try and listen to rap. The rest is history, I've been mainly listening to rap for six years now. My favorite album will always be "Demonstration" for all the fashion references and for the whole vibe. He dropped his YOUTH album this spring and it has so many tracks I would play on repeat while stuck in traffic! During the concert, my best friend S. would be like "I heard that in your car first". Therefore, I was excited to see him live for the first time. He did not disappoint, there was so much energy, love and showmanship, it was truly a performance I'll always remember!

I honestly thought it couldn't get better after Tinie Tempah, but little did I know- the whole night was going to be EPIC. The Hurts followed and my heart just melted! After that we took a leap of faith and went to other stages to see Romanian artists and we had so much fun, the energy was crazy! Then we tried some ice-cream crepes- they tasted incredible, but it was not such a good idea to get ice-cream crepes during summer- there was ice-cream everywhere and my black dress had to pay the consequences (luckly, the spots got out quickly, because the dress is all lace).

After we got to the main stage- something mind-blowing followed- Marshmello's mix. I knew who he was, but I did not know we would mix at least 15 of my favorite rap songs- I was in house/dance/hip-hop/rap heaven, his mix was just my cup of tea!! I remember I just couldn't stop smiling and singing my favorite lyrics! Armin van Buuren followed and he is considered the ultimate king of Untold, in case you didn't know.

I had such an amazing time, I will keep these memories close to my heart forever, and I also loved what I was wearing that day. I found this black lace dress at H&M, on sale for 12 euros, it was the last one and some of the lace was torn apart. I bought it anyways, because I paid 1/3 of the original price and I solved the problem quickly with a needle and a black thread. I was told it's a basic festival piece and I couldn't agree more, it was so comfy and chic at the same time!

The blog is 6 years old today. I can't believe this, it seems like it was only yesterday that I started writing about the latest trends. I can't even remember when I started sharing my outfits online, or photos from my trips! Even though I'm obviously not a teen anymore (hopefully I can make some changes to the blog's name this summer, although it's gonna be really difficult), I can't make myself quit blogging. It's a big part of my life, this blog has been with me through my adolescence and young adult years. Every single time I want to remember some places I've seen, or when I bought a certain dress, I visit my blog and it's all here! It's like magic. I'll admit the last 2 years I've been focusing on my studies, but I've always found the time to blog about the big changes in my life, and I plan to keep it this way. I've accomplished so many great things thanks to it, I made so many new friends, learned about web design and improved my English over the years. I truly recommend it to everyone: if you have something on your mind, you should put it in writing. You'll be surprised how many people can relate and want to follow your journey!

Oh well, let's not get too sentimental, because I do want to write about the outfit of the day. The color theme is obviously matching Valentine's Day - because it's the same date my blog was born. I got the bodysuit from the winter sales from H&M and it's honestly the item I've always wanted in my closet (I have a summer version without sleeves, from the same store). The faux leather skirt is the best buy I got this winter, I still can't believe how cheap it was! And it's from Zara, in such a beautiful pale pink/nude shade, I can't wait to wear it this whole summer. I feel like ever since I got the NAKED 3 palette for Christmas I've been wearing only pastels and pink hues. This definitely reflected in this winter's shopping spree.

I wish you have the best day and I want to thank you one more time for always supporting me! I love you lots xx

“The idea is not to live forever, it is to create something that will.”
― Andy Warhol

Our second day in Sicily was a full one! My uncle made this genius schedule- one full day when we would arrive at the hotel late at night, always followed by a lighter day when we'd arrive at the hotel at 5 PM and have some time for the pool ( I still miss the pool so much, it was the best!).

We started with the historical Syracusa. I'm sure you've heard about Syracuse from Ancient Greek tales, and it is also the birth town of Archimedes, the brilliant mathematician. The amazing part about Syracuse is that it has an astonishing archaeological Park (it's an UNESCO heritage site) where you can see the Ancient ruins - you can't imagine how big it actually is, and it was particularly hard for us to visit it because we went to Syracuse on our hottest day in Sicily and at some point when we ran out of water I was getting kind of dizzy. Thank God for my straw hat, I don't know what I would have done without it in Sicily! I loved the Greek and Roman theatre in Syracuse but I was most impressed by the Ear of Dionysius (photos after the break)- it's an unique cave, I was amazed about its shape and size.

The old town of Syracuse is called Ortigia and to me it was like a totally different town, tourists usually say it's the most magical part of Syracuse and I agree! The residents of Syracuse usually take their passeggiata in Ortigia and who wouldn't, considering the fact there is a breathtaking Piazza del Duomo (I couldn't stop taking photos of the Duomo, it's an exemple of brilliant architecture) ,the Fountain of Arethusa and some unique views over the sea. I also ate the best Nutella ice cream in Ortigia- ever since I came home from Sicily I couldn't bring myself to buy Nutella ice cream because I'd rather remember that taste!

After Ortigia, we went to a beautiful town called Noto - it resembled with Ortigia, especially the style of the churces but it had a certain air, I could walk for days on its cobbled streets! I also had my first cannoli in Noto and I have to say I prefer a ricotta cannoli over a chocolate or vanilla one, to my surprise. But what left me speechless was how lucky we were- there was a pop-up exhibition in Noto of one of my favorite artists -ANDY WARHOL (Andy Warhol e Noto- il barocco immaginario) . Three years ago I started to be really into pop art and I read a lot about his work, but what ultimately made me a fan of Andy Warhol the man, artist part aside, was the book he wrote - The Philosophy of Andy Warhol. I was a teenager, and you know how certain books shape your future adulthood? This book was it for me! It was so profound yet written in a light way, with a genius sense of humour. I was like a kid in the candy store, I couldn't stop looking of Andy's sketches dedicated to the legendary Cecil Beaton, that Mick Jagger Interview cover, the Velvet Underground cover and all Marilyns and Campbell soups! I honestly never wanted to leave the exhibition, having so many of his famous works in one place made me ecstatic!

I usually mix photos up in travelling posts, but I chose to place them cronologically this time, so I could write notes on what can you see in each town.

I got back from Sicily last week and it took me a while to get all my photos in order and decide how to write about this incredible experience. I decided to make my first post about the hotel we stayed in, because I truly believe the whole experience wouldn't have been the same without the hotel of my dreams, as I call it now.  Sicily (Sicilia in Italian) is an astonishing island, full of ancient history, breathtaking architecture and unique gastronomy (so many famous Italian dishes have been invented in Sicily like arancini, cannoli, granita- I'll make sure to post about the food in the near future).

I usually don't blog about the places I stay in, I use TripAdvisor to leave reviews, but I loved the place we stayed so much! My aunt and uncle read about agriturisimo (agritourism) being all the rage in Sicily lately and they found La Terra dei Sogni. Located in Fiumefreddo, it's a really cosy and intimate place to spend your holiday because there aren't so many rooms. The hotel is placed in the middle of citrus groves, hence the fresh orange and red orange juice at every single breakfast and the possibility to eat fresh orange or tangerine from the trees whenever you feel like. The room was so spacious, but what we ultimately loved most was the pool area. It was the best pool I've ever swum in, the water was so clean and warm and you could easily view Mount Etna. I need to set one thing straight- location wise, it's the perfect one as long as you have a car. We read a lot about Sicily before going there, and I strongly believe you can't visit the whole island without one (there were days when we'd go 400 km, it's a really big island) and I also heard the bus schedule can be unreliable in Sicily. Fiumefreddo is right next to Giardini Naxos ( the ultimate golden sand beach Sicily has) and Taormina- the best thing there is to visit in Sicily, in my opinion.

Outfit wise, I'm wearing my Zara bodysuit I blogged about in my last post. The shorts are from H&M, two days before leaving for Sicily I realized I didn't have any shorts so I went to my local store and found two perfect pairs for the holiday. I really love their print, they're so fun to wear! All the photos from this post were taken at the hotel.

It's tiring and stressing because the University I chose likes to keep things old school, so I have at least 2 tests and one project every week. My best friend studies Medicine as well, in another town and she isn't so busy and sleep deprived as I am, but I've come to terms with the fact that I have to study harder, because it will help me for the finals in January. Although it's a massive amount of information to be learned in the course of 12 weeks, I love it, especially the Anatomy of the human body.

A lot has changed in my life. My cousin Alex turned 18 and I tried to prepare him a rad surprise (he states that I pulled that off). He had an awesome birthday party, I really needed a night with some of my close friends. I got another roommate and I adore her!! We support each other and know where to draw the line when it comes to studying ( meaning we take some shopping breaks and we go out for dinner in fancy places when we feel we've had enough). Last night we had the Freshers Ball, hence we are tired and haven't been able to read a single line for the upcoming  Anatomy exam (which is a MAJOR thing, you can't even imagine the pressure). I decided to take this day off and do the things I love most: talking with my family, listening to good music and blogging. Mom took these photos in
late October or early November (?? can't really remember at this point) when I bought this pretty floral H&M dress. I've been wearing it a lot this whole autumn, it has an amazing fabric and it's perfect for both school and get-togethers with my friends.

One thing I truly miss is the voice of my readers. It's a compromise I wasn't really willing to take when I started Med School, and I hate that I don't really have the time of energy to blog. So, what I want to know: are you still out there? I've been trying to post often on Instagram so we can keep in touch, but it's just not the same!! I used to write a recommandation about a book, a song or a movie  in every single post, now I have 5 new book and haven't had time to even open one. What I can advise you, though, is to go & watch Interstellar!! Christopher Nolan is a brilliant director ( Inception will always be one of my favourites) and this movie emphasizes the power of love like no other!

I'm determined to always find time for a chat with them, their friendship is invaluable. I find it strange how writing down these thoughts in a blog post makes me feel better. It's soothing, I look everything from an optimistic angle now that I read them.. Blogging often turns out to be the best therapy for me!

Speaking of best friends, here are the photos of the last day of my trip to Brasov with Simona. I love the fact that we had our train at night so we had all the last day to soak that Brasov energy in.

To end this anxious post on a high note, I recommend you watch the video I suggested at the top of the article- it's a live performance by Beyonce and Jay Z- at their last concert of the 'On The Run Tour', held in Paris. Besides the fact that they sing heavenly, there's a footage in the background of featuring their story- the start of their relationship, the trips, the engagement, the wedding, the pregnancy and the most important stages in Blue Ivy's life so far. There is one more aspect that made me start convincing my friends to start using it as well: it's an app worthy of a fashionista! First of all, lets remind ourselves that there are a lot of successful fashion bloggers who only write about the outfit they're wearing or simply state the labels. I'm just not that type. I tried to focus only on the fashion aspect for a while, but I feel like there are so many other things you should learn from this blog!
Now, about the main question: Many people say that we usually just want to build a perfect life, and therefore our disappointments are never a subject of discussion, but I would argue that there's more to the story. When you visit the sites you love and you happen to be in an amazing mood, wouldn't you be  a little sad and sympathetic to the issues exposed?  Or when you are sad and see a weeping post wouldn't that discourage you even more? Shouldn't you, as a reader, relax and enjoy the content of a blog in your free time?

Than, there comes another sensitive issue: friends and family usually read your blog and however sad and angry you might be, you shouldn't hurt them by writing an acid post. If you stilll feel like letting it all out, you should write about your concerns in an ambiguous style, maybe include a meaningful quote so that only the person in question can tell.

This is what I feel about blogging when you are angry or extremely dissapointed. It's your blog and you're allowed to express yourself however you feel like. Still, a little diplomacy wouldn't hurt. Who knows, maybe even a post about blogging when you're in a weird mood means that the writer herself is actually hurt and mad *wink wink*.

And now, finally a few words about my outfit: I bought this aviator jacket couple years ago, when it was a huge trend and although I love it, I don't wear it so much because its lenght is impractical.  As for the mint scarf, I know I should look for emerald green and neon yellow in the stores already and that mint is not the IT color anymore, but I love it and that's what really matters! This whole color trend concept means that for a few months you have more options to choose from in a certain shade. It doesn't imply you can't wear that color anymore once a new season settles in!

Hello, my dear readers! I'm pretty sure this is actually the first time you see me wearing stripes, which is funny because I usually wear a lot of striped tops and sweaters. I actually chose this song by Lana because it has the word 'stripes' at some point, you know how I love to relate my song choice or a quote to the the post.  And in case you\re wondering what amazing piece I'm wearing, it's from the even more amazing brand CHOIES.  I chose this dress because:
1. I always wanted a sweater-dress (the fabric is knit actually, that's why I was able to bear the impossible temperature).
2. I can easily match it with my uniform and wear it on a daily basis.
3. This is the best shape for my body (I usually like to go for things which emphasize my waist).
4. Stripes are making a comeback!! I mean, I know what I saw at Marc Jacobs for the spring/summer 2013!
Plus, the arrival of the package was a total surprise! It usually takes three weeks for me to get one at the postal office, especially when it's not from Europe and I was so sad that I wouldn't be able to wear it in this beautiful scenery because everything is so white right now in Romania. Well, imagine my surprise yesterday, it arrived after 7 days sharp, so chapeau bas to their efficient way of handling things.

Now, this is a casual look which I actually wore at school and that's why I wasn't able to wear a statement necklace and went for such discreet jewellery. I love my PARIS necklace from H&M which I chose to wear as a bracelet, one of my best friends just came back from Austria and brought me this special gift. The other bracelet is from Fossil and I got from another best friend of mine (I really want to blog someday about best friends and how it is when you have more than one, just remind me because I don't want to bore you right now, after reading such a looong text).

I have one major issue when it comes to clothes: I can't find a proper tailor who would actually understand what I want(my  once fabulous chiffon is living proof). So imagine my surprise when Tailor4Less wanted me to make my own shirt! I took care of everything(minus the sewing of course) and all from my very own cosy home! Fabric, shape (boyfriend type of shirt, so perfect for school days!), colour, even how I wanted the collar. I just had to know my measurements because Tailor4Less is an amazing company which makes custom shirts & not only!

It's so difficult to find woman shirts that would perfectly fit you and I was just lucky enough to get one! The ordering process is really engaging and the result is esquisite as you can see in the pictures. I really love this concept and it's definetely a site that I am keeping my mind on for the future as they can also dresses, pants, pretty much everything! Of course, I wanted to match my brand new amazing shirts with some jeans that are extremely loose and I somehow turned them into boyfriend jeans as well. Brown accents are the best, especially when you take a walk in the park and the color of the leaves is so stunning, I blended in!

Also, it's that time you've all been waiting for! The 2 winners of the 'SheInside 50$ coupon giveaway' are :

♪ Moonlight Breakfast - Hello ♪

31th August. Last day of summer. This summer, which was ecletic and simply extraordinary! I made so many new friends, visited new places, learned and read a lot, just like I planned to.

Oh well, I won't get nostalgic because today is also a very special day! My cousin Ioana turns 12! For those of you who are new she takes most of my pictures and she is such a fashionista and far away from being camera shy! She should be a star, really! I was really surprised when I saw a photo of mine among her souvenirs (see it here) .Happy birthday, my princess!

She took these amazing photos as well. I know I said in late June that I would show you another look with this outstanding dress. I've worn it A LOT (my best friend S. can't stand it anymore haha) but I didn't get the chance to take any pictures. I know, I know, mint again, but I figured since I started the summer with a mint look to end it in the same manner. I got this amazing mint bag for my birthday from my other cousin and I'm simply addicted to it! The bracelet was another gift from my other best friend S. Oh God, so many cousins and best friends, are you still following? Anyways, Ioana is still the star of this post.

Have a lovely Friday, everyone!

Hello , my loves! Sorry for not posting sooner, but I am currently enjoying myself in a different town, at my cousin's place. It's exhausting and amazing at the same time, I mean all the tenis, bicycle time, shopping, movies and making new friends..I LOVE IT HERE! 9 days just doesn't seem enough anymore!

I took these pictures couple days before I left my hometown actually, when I went out with my best friend S. to relax a little. I have been wanting to show you this necklace for ages (literally), because it's one of my favourites statement jewellery plus it has this awesome corail shade! Also, I tried something different with my hair because I love this headband with leaf motifs, plus it matched my flats. Now, I can't say enough things to praise this dress! It's just the perfect summer essential, and the fabric feel incredibly on my skin.
Well, I just had the most incredible time with some of my new friends in Copou and tomorrow it's Palas time with another friends (again!), so I don't know what should I add. I know I usually have some words of wisdom so I'm going to rely on my latest experience:

Stay amazing and true to yourself and always keep an open mind! Life is full of unexpected & pleasant surprises and you should make the best of them!

“Travelling is like flirting with life. It’s like saying, ‘I would stay and love you, but I have to go; this is my station.’ ” — Lisa St. Aubin de Terán

I took this photos on our last day in Florence , when I went out to eat for the last time the most incredible 'After Eight' ice cream from 'Coronas Cafe'. I miss Florence so much already, especially because I realize it's going to be a long long time until I visit it again.

As I told you in my last post, I turned 17 and this is exactly what I wore at my small birthday party! I wanted to be feminine and classy so I went for pastels and that amazing wallet which resembles to a clutch. The only different thing was the hairstyle, I went for curls. We had the best quesadilla in town and a chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream on top of it! Thank you for all the incredible wishes and support, this was my first absolutely flawless birthday.

It was an incredible day and I received fabulous clothes, 'The Fashion Book' , mint goodies (a clutch included!) , five Agatha Christie books (because I'm a huge fan!!) and the oh-so-fabulous 'Gucci Guilty' fragrance. If loving Gucci is a crime, I plead Guilty!

Also, today is my little sister's birthday! She turns 10 today, I love you so much, my darling!!!

I'm 17 as I am writing this. I don't really know what to say, even if it's just a number it's overhelming! I am closer to driving, college, end of highschool...so many wonderful things are yet to come and I couldn't be more happy and anxious at the same time! At least I finally figured out something major : what University I want to attend and what I want to become. I feel blessed, I am so lucky to have such an amazing family, great & fun friends and the most extraordinary readers!

Also, these are the pictures Simona took of me at 6 AM in the morning in a place I particularly love. I have been hinting about these shoes for a while (Instagram, Facebook etc.) and I really wanted to show you how comforatble and tall they are at the same time. They're from Massimo Dutti, genuine leather and with a little bag to carry and everything, they are my most precious shoes, especially because their print is so catchy and flawless. I bought this incredible dress 3 or 4 years ago I believe, from a Zara in Wien, it's always great to wear when it's a little cold in the summer.

Also, at 00:00 my best friend since childhood, Sara came and brought me the biggest surprise! It looked incredible, with the most perfect wrapping and bow (and the charm bracelet which was glued to the gift haha). I had no idea of it could be! Turns out it was THE FASHION BOOK. That's right,  THE FASHION BOOK which is hailed by Vogue as the fashion bible and by Elle as the ultimate fashion reference book!!! Oh, the immense joy! (You can see an Instagram photo of it at the end of the post)

Have an wonderful Sunday, I know for sure I'll have one with my 3 best friends! x
